What it does

  • Makes invoices and estimates, and turns an estimate into an invoice in one tap.
  • Set up once: your logo, business details, currency and tax rate.
  • Line items take decimal quantities, like 2.5 or 6.25 hours.
  • Pick your payment terms: Due on receipt, or within 7, 14 or 30 days.
  • Send the PDF by text, email or AirDrop, or save it to Files.
  • Mark invoices sent or paid; see what you're owed and what's overdue.
  • Copy any invoice or estimate into a new draft, with today's date and a new number.

What it doesn't do

  • No card payments or payment links.
  • No recurring or scheduled invoices.
  • No payment reminders or notifications.
  • No deposits or part payments: an invoice is unpaid or paid.
  • No discount lines.
  • No Android or web version.
