# Contact KLM Labs

Email is the way to reach us: we have no contact form or phone line. Pick the address that fits, and if it's about an app, include the app's name and your device.

- [privacy@klmlabs.app](mailto:privacy@klmlabs.app): questions about our privacy policies and what an app or this site collects.
- [refunds@klmlabs.app](mailto:refunds@klmlabs.app): questions about a charge or a subscription. Refunds for App Store purchases come from Apple; see below.
- [founder@klmlabs.app](mailto:founder@klmlabs.app): anything for Mayank Kumar Grover, the founder, such as partnerships and press.

## Refunds for App Store purchases

Our apps are sold on Apple's App Store, so Apple takes the payment and decides on refunds; we can't issue one ourselves. To ask Apple for a refund:

1. Sign in to [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com/) with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
2. Choose "I'd like to", then "Request a refund".
3. Choose the reason, then Next.
4. Choose the app or subscription, then Submit.

Those are the steps on Apple's own page, [Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple](https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223), which also says that Apple sends an update in 24 to 48 hours and that refund eligibility can vary by country or region.
